기드온 협회에서 제일교회에 보낸 편지

 

국제 기드온 협회 서요크지부를 대신하여 성도들의 기도와 재정적 후원에 대해 심심한 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. 이번에 제일교회 성도분들이 해주신 281불의 헌금은 하나님의 말씀 사역에 대한 여러분들의 열정과 사랑을 반영해줍니다. 이 돈은 전액 성경을 구입하고 보급하는 일에만 쓰여질 것입니다.

56개 나라 말로 된 신구약 전서와 224개 나라 말로 된 신약전서를 구입하고 보급함으로써 아직 주님을 알지 못하는 사람들에게 복음을 전하는 귀한 사역이 될 것입니다. 많은 사람들이 말씀을 통해 예수께 인도되도록 기도해주십시오. 제일교회와 온 세상의 주와 왕이 되신 하나님의 이름을 찬양합니다.

On behalf of The Gideon of the York West Camp, I want to express my sincere thanks to you and your congregation for your support both in prayers and financial giving. 281$ is tangible evidence of the love your people. Every dollar goes for the purchased and placed.  Pray that these Scriptures may lead many to Jesus. We appreciated that I had privilege of giving a stewardship report in your worship service. May God richly bless you and your congregation as you serves the King of kings and Lord of lords there at First Korean Church.
